What the hell are ICC units?
ICC stands for Interactive Commercial Content. ICC units are a type of interactive content, such as a poll, quiz, survey, trivia, etc. with a commercial focus
What’s so unique about ICC units?
ICC units are fully interactive, responsive, and automatically change their structure and size. The units can run on any digital channel, including social, Google Display Network (GDN) and even IM like WhatsApp. ICC units can also create micro segmentations and classify users based on their preferences in real time.
What are the Engage Cards?
At the end of every ICC unit, there is an Engage Card with a tailored commercial offer presented to the user based on their preferences. The Engage Card includes a commercial Call to Action, which can be lead generation, redirect, coupon, add to basket, download app and more.
What are ICC deliveries (Ad Serving)?
ICC units are pieces of live digital content that constantly perform and track. An ICC delivery is counted when a user views the ICC unit, or the ICC unit is loaded as a banner. Each plan has a monthly ICC delivery allowance, and this allowance will be reset every month. Unused deliveries cannot be carried over into a new month.
Can I change my plan?
You can change your plan at any time. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel based on your needs and usage.
What happens if I exceed my monthly ICC delivery allowance?
When you reach 90% of your monthly ICC delivery allowance, you will get a system email to give you a heads up. Once you cross your monthly allowance, the system will not stop your complain and the exceed impressions will be counts till the end of the month as debt, which will be charged automatically at $0.15CPM. (Cost per thousand deliveries)
What happens to my ICC units if I cancel my plan?
If you cancel your plan (or the system is unable to bill your account), your live campaigns will be paused and your ICC units will no longer appear on any digital channels.
